Mission Statement:

The mission of Appalachian Library is to provide a welcoming, student-centered environment for students in kindergarten through 12th grade that fosters a lifelong love of reading, supports learning at every stage, and inspires curiosity, creativity, and growth. Through access to diverse resources and meaningful experiences, the library empowers students to become confident readers, critical thinkers, and future leaders.

Checking out books:

Students may check out two books each visit. They cannot check out more books until they have returned their books. Students in 4th- 12th grades may come and checkout books during FLEX time or the their teacher may schedule a time for the class to come. Students in grades Kindergarten- 3rd will come weekly as a class. Their designated times are listed on the schedule.
